Here’s a smoothie bowl recipe that is sure to keep you full for a while. It contains a ton of superfoods and is deliciously creamy.
Proteins are indicated in green.
Base:
- 1/2 Medium Banana ∼ .5 g
- 1/2 Medium Avocado ∼ 2 g
- 1/2 cup Blueberries ∼ 1 g
- Fresh Mint Leaves (To your taste)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (Ideally without added sugar) – 4 g
- 2 tbsp Spirulina – 8 g
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk (Or preferred plant-based milk) ∼ 1.5 g
Toppings:
- 1/2 Medium Banana (Use leftover) – .5 g
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flake – .5 g
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds – 3 g
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds – 2 g
- 1 tbsp (Ideally freshly grounded) Flax Seeds – 3 g
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Butter – 4 g
Total: 30 grams of delicious and nutritious plant-based proteins!
Blend the base ingredients, and pour in a small serving bowl. Add the toppings, et voilà!
