Fluffy Layered Berries Overnight Oats

Overnight oats as we know is one of the easiest most convenient breakfast to do. Throw all the ingredients, let it soak and enjoy in the morning! This one is called 'fluffy' because of its fat content, a winning 33.25 gr per portion. If you are careful with those, you can skip a spoon of the nut butter and the toppings.
Ingredients
Layers, Bottom to Top
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Butter (Unsweetened)
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Unsweetened)
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
- 1 tbsp Raw Cocoa Nibs
Instructions
In a medium mason jar, start layering the ingredients.
From bottom to top:
1. 1/4 Cup Quick Oats with 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
2. 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
3. 1 tbsp Sunflower Butter
4. 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
5. 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
6. 1/4 Cup Quick Oats with 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
Add 1 tbsp of shredded coconut and 1 tbsp of raw cocoa for the toppings.
Optional: Add Aquafaba Mousse on the top to create a dramatic final!
